versions, on premise or cloud. The on premise version is installed in the company’s infrastructure,
and therefore physical access is given to the business owner at the cost of dedicating memory to the
tool. The cloud version is hosted on Issuenet’s servers, and hence no physical access is given to the
business owner but a lot of infrastructure requirements are saved as no memory needs to be
dedicated.
